Ireland was an inherently meat, two veg and potato kinda place when we were growing up, but it’s so great to see a tonne of Vegan St.Patrick’s Day Recipes out there.
We have certainly had lots of fun recreating our home comforts into veganised versions. And you know what, we don’t miss the original version at all.
