Vegan Chickpea Recipes

We love vegan chickpea recipes. I mean come on, hummus is from chickpeas, I feel like that’s enough said.

Even though it’s enough said, I’ll keep rambling anyways because I don’t know when to shut up, but also because there are a ton of hella good chickpea dishes out there.

One of our personal favorite vegan/vegetarian chickpea recipes out there is our vegan tuna salad that we make with chickpeas and is so versatile. It can be used as a tuna melt, a pasta salad, or just gobbled up straight.

We also love a good chickpea salad, middle eastern style, or even a vegan chickpea curry. I once even blended chickpeas into the base of a vegan soup I was making and it was bomb. It’s like how can you even go wrong with garbanzo bean recipes? And also what’s the difference between a garbanzo bean and a chickpea, like for real?
