Ireland was an inherently meat, two veg and potato kinda place when we were growing up, but it’s so great to see a tonne of Vegan St.Patricks Day Recipes out there.

I am loving all the new twists on old dishes, and, well, just all the green vibes! Are you even vegan if you don’t like green food?

Start your St. Patricks day with yummy oatmeal that has all of the Irish vibes. Not only is it super festive, but it’s also healthy and the kids love it too!

If your not a breakfast kinda person, maybe a shake is more your thing! We are lovings this yummy vegan shake is naturally green from spinach and sweetened with bananas! It’s a great treat for St. Patrick’s Day. 

Another really nice shake option is this Mint Matcha Smoothie – a.k.a. a healthy Shamrock Shake! Loaded with vitamins and healthy fats, this dairy free, refined sugar free smoothie is a delicious treat you can indulge in without the guilt.

This Green Pea and Mint Soup is an awesomely delicious combination of flavours. It instantly reminds you of spring breeze and of course is in keeping with all the green vibes of St. Patricks Day!
