Frosty Lotus Biscoff Milkshake | Vegan Biscoff Milkshake

Frosty Lotus Biscoff Milkshake | Vegan Biscoff Milkshake

This lotus biscoff milkshake is literally what your dreams are made of. It is the perfect blend of creamy vegan milk, frozen bananas and the magical tasty lotus biscoff spread.

It is creamy, it is sweet, it is refreshing and absolutely delicious! Sometimes a frosty milkshake is all you need for a tasty dessert, snack or brunch.

What you need for Lotus Biscoff Milkshake

  • Plantbased milk
  • Lotus Biscoff spread
  • Frozen banana
  • High speed blender
  • Optional: lotus biscoff biscuits

It is three simple ingredients – that’s all that is needed to get this super tasty, moreish biscoff vegan milkshake.

Lotus Biscoff

So Lotus Biscoff spread has been around quite a while, I feel like since the emergence of Tik Tok food videos – it has exploded in popularity and people are bang all over the Biscof trend, which I am not surprised!

It is so good. I love to put a spoonful in my morning oat latte. I absolutely adore these vegan Lotus Biscoff Brownies and this vegan biscoff cheesecake.

Frozen Bananas

Ok so we are all aware of how essential frozen bananas are when making the best vegan smoothies and milkshakes right?

Freezing any over ripe bananas ahead of time means you will always be able to make delicious, refreshing smoothies and biscoff milkshakes.

Frozen bananas blended is like instant access to vegan ice cream. It saves money on buying expensive vegan ice cream, is lower in refined sugars and can be more accessible.

It also saves on food waste if the bananas were going too ripe.

I usually chop them into quarters and keep them in a sealed container in the freezer, topping up as I go.

Plant Based Milk

Everyone has their own preferred plant based milk based on their tastes, dietary needs and budget.

For me, we are team oat milk at home due to my little boys severe allergies to nuts, soya and coconut.

Oat milk is a great creamy staple which has a fairly neutral taste. You could even add some vegan protein powder and make it a biscoff protein shake!
