- Spatula
- Measuring cups
How to make (step by step)
- Start lining your baking tray with parchment paper
- Measure out your yogurt and spread evenly across the parchment paper
- Decorate the yogurt bark with your toppings of choice – the spookier the better!
- Place in a freezer for 2 hours or more – until it is frozen through

How to eat vegan yogurt bark
This Halloween yogurt bark, once out of the freezer should be eaten immediately as it will melt, and can get messy otherwise.
My kids enjoy this served in a bowl to nibble on with a napkin to wipe their hands. Sometimes they will even ask for a spoon so their little fingers don’t get too cold.
How to store/freeze
Store this vegan yogurt bark in a container, but put a layer of parchment paper in between the layers so the yogurt bark doesn’t stick together.
You can also store this in a large freezer bag. Again, it is a good idea to use parchment paper to prevent the pieces sticking.
This should stay in the freezer for up to 6 weeks.
